organizes "ice-breaker" social mixers for networking and to facilitate introductions of single people or other people
who want to make new friends.
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and OKA . By using the OneKeyAway.com Web site, joining its mailing list(s) or participating in Its parties, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not Use the OKA Web site, join its mailings list(s) nor participate in its Social Mixers. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by OKA.
Users must be 21 years or older. Any and all information User provides to OKA will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. User will obey all applicable laws and regulations while using the OKA Web site and while attending OneKeyAway Social Mixers.
By visiting the OneKeyAway.com website, you agree that the laws of the state of California will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and OKA or its affiliates.
Any dispute relating in any way OneKeyAway or OneKeyAway.com or to products you purchase through OKA shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate OKA's intellectual property rights, OKA may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
OneKeyAway.com holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another individual and Yourself that You meet as a result of a OKA Social Mixer.
OKA is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind. Furthermore, User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OKA, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Party Organizers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with any and all of the services that OKA provides or claims to provide as well as communications or meetings that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have participated in one of OKA's Social Mixers. Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatever against OKA as a result of any of Our social gatherings or other activities and You affirm that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.
OneKeyAway.com reserves the right to reject any User's registration, RSVP and may reject admission to any of Its parties for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund User's registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any of Its Parties.
By completing the registration process for one of Its Social Mixers, User hereby agrees to pay the Admission Fee charge shown on the payment page of the OKA Web site and further affirms that User will not "charge back" or otherwise dispute the Fee for any reason whatever. If there is a dispute regarding payment or the services provided by OneKeyAway.com, User agrees to expeditiously contact OKA to resolve said dispute before escalating the dispute to User's credit card company.
OKA may contain links to other web sites. OKA is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
We post the photos taken at our events on the Web site. By attending our events, you authorize us to post your photo on the site and to use it for promotional purposes.
User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services whatever to any participant of any of Its Parties.
User agrees that should User participate in a Social Mixer, User will return any and all hardware provided to User to OKA at the end of the Social Mixer.
The term and phrase "OneKeyAway" is trademark of OneKeyAway.com.
